Under the government boiler scheme, it is the leading energy companies who are under the obligation to provide the grants for replacement boilers to those who qualify.

Our fees for removal, installation and aftercare are sourced through the scheme and its grants, so you won’t have to pay out to cover our costs during the process.

This allows you to get your brand new boiler at a fraction of the cost.

Boiler grants are free and do not have to be repaid at any time. There are no hidden terms and conditions to worry about.

The scheme aims to help low income households improve their home energy efficiency and any grants are non-repayable. Those eligible for a grant will either get a free or a subsidised boiler replacement. In some cases a contribution may be required towards the cost of the new boiler, but this will be made clear from the outset, following a free assessment at your home.

We understand that many of our clients will be eager to know exactly how long it takes for their new boiler to be fully functional in their home, particularly if your current boiler has issues.

Specific schedules can vary a little depending on availability of staff and equipment in your region at a given time, but in general, it should be no more than 2-3 months from the moment you apply through to completed installation.

Under the ECO scheme, you can have a brand new A-rated, energy efficient combi or system boiler fitted which will have an efficiency usually in excess of 90%.

If you receive a new boiler through a boiler grant,  your installation will be covered by the same warranty you would receive from that boiler manufacturer.

The length of any warranty varies between brand and different boiler models but would usually be anything from 2-7 years. All aftercare will also be provided as part of the service to you.
